SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the EU and Switzerland.
We also ship to all other countries at a cost of between €18 and €38 depending on the size of the product.

Delivery time: within Europe approx. 2 to 5 working days and worldwide approx. 5 to 14 working days.

After shipping you will receive a tracking number for tracking purposes.


IMPORT CUSTOMS

If your delivery address is outside the EU or Switzerland, you may have to pay import duty, which is due when your country is reached. You may also have to pay additional charges for customs clearance. KAGINO is not responsible for these fees.

RETOURS

Returns due to non-conformity can be made within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging. To register the return, please contact us via concierge@kagino.com.
The costs for a return are to be borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrect delivery or faulty products.
