WHAT IS THE MEANING OF KAGINO?

The name KAGINO has a personal meaning and links my lifelong dream with my family history, to which I am adding a new chapter. You can find out more at Kaginosphere. That's how KAGINO came about from my name KAtrin GIordaNO.

WHERE ARE THE KAGINO PRODUCTS PRODUCED?

KAGINO is proud to manufacture all its products 100% Made in ITALY.

WHERE CAN I BUY A KAGINO BAG?

KAGINO is a young label. KAGINO products are currently only available online. However, we organise many sales events. If you would like more information, please register at our Newsletter.

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

You are welcome to write to us using the contact form or send an e-mail directly at concierge@kagino.com. We will try to answer all enquiries as quickly as possible.

WHAT TO DO WHEN A BAG IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?

Although we try to provide all our customers with stock, it can happen that certain items sell out quickly. If a product you are interested in is sold out, you can leave your E-mail-address and we will inform you as soon as the product is available again.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

We regret that this is not possible at the present time.

CAN I STILL CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED?

The prerequisite for changing the delivery address is that your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately at concierge@kagino.com, in order to clarify whether the delivery address can still be changed.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?

We always endeavour to process every order as quickly as possible. However, there may sometimes be delays in dispatch or in the delivery of the tracking number. Please contact us us in case of longer waiting times at concierge@kagino.com.

WHAT COSTS DOES KAGINO CHARGE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF GOODS?

All orders within the EU and Switzerland are delivered free of charge.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we hand over your order to the carrier, you will be informed by e-mail. This e-mail contains the tracking number for your parcel so that you can track it at any time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

The dispatch period depends on the individual destination. Please check the exact dispatch shipping time of your consignment using your tracking number with the relevant logistics company. The general guideline for deliveries within Europe is 2 to 5 working days and 5 to 14 working days worldwide.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

If this is the case, please contact us at concierge@kagino.com. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible and find out the reason for it.

WHAT DO I DO, IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PARCEL?

Due to the large number of parcels sent, the cardboard packaging may be damaged. In such a case, we therefore ask you before opening of the parcel, take a picture of the box and send it to us at concierge@kagino.com. Then please open the parcel and contact us if the items have also been damaged.

WHAT COSTS DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN SHIPMENT?

If the return is made due to faulty products or an incorrect delivery for which we are responsible for, all costs shall be by KAGINO. If you have received such a delivery, please contact us concierge@kagino.com. Please note that in all other cases we are not responsible for the return postage until we receive it.

WHO BEARS THE RISK FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS?

Returns are at the risk of the buyer. KAGINO is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to the return shipment. For each returned item we require a tracking number. After receipt of the goods, the items are checked and only then we can refund the paid amount.

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT, IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT?

Yes, provided you return the product to us in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. For returns please contact us under concierge@kagino.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

No, an exchange is not possible. However, you can return the product to be exchanged to us within 14 days and place a new order for your new favourite product.

HOW DO I GET BACK THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR A RETURN?

If we receive the ordered product from you within 14 days in perfect and unworn condition, we will refund the amount paid.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE SHOP?

Our shop displays prices in CHF and EUR, depending on the country you are ordering from. The currency will be shown on your invoice.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (such as Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, Maestro) as well as Paypal and Twint. If you have any problems with the payment, please contact us under concierge@kagino.com and we will find a way together.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY?

If your delivery address is outside the EU or Switzerland, you may have to pay import duty, which is charged when your country is reached. You may also have to additional charges for customs clearance. KAGINO is not responsible for these fees. If you would like more information on this, please contact your local customs and tax office.

CAN I PAY BY INVOICE?

We regret that this is currently not possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE INVOICE?

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail as well as a dispatch confirmation with tracking number. We always try to process every order as quickly as possible. Please contact us in case of longer waiting times via concierge@kagino.com.

HOW SECURE IS IT TO PAY VIA THE KAGINO WEBSITE?

Your payment is secure. KAGINO uses SSL encryption, which ensures that your preferred personal data and payment method are transmitted securely over the Internet. The data is encrypted so that it can only be read by the payment system.

DO THE KAGINO BAGS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?

KAGINO bags have a statutory warranty period of 2 years from the date of order. The warranty covers defects that can be attributed to possible processing or material faults. Material defects are taken into account. In this case we offer a free repair or an exchange.

Defects caused by signs of use such as wear and tear or damage are excluded from the warranty.

The assessment is carried out by the KAGINO team.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY BAG SHOWS SIGNS OF USE?

KAGINO LEATHER FRESH-UP SERVICE

Bags are our everyday companions, and we hope that you will use your KAGINO bag in the same way. As leather is a natural material, scratches may occasionally occur. Although we cannot turn back time, we endeavor to minimize any signs of use as much as possible. If your KAGINO shows small traces of time, please do not hesitate to contact us, for our fresh-up service for your handbag. We will do our best to make your KAGINO shine in new glory.

WHAT CARE TIPS DO YOU HAVE FOR MY BAG?

Extend the life of your bags with our care instructions.

Cleaning:

First remove dust and dirt from your KAGINO with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth to gently remove superficial dirt. Take care not to soak the leather.

Care Products:

Use special leather care products that are suitable for calfskin. Test the care product on an inconspicuous area first to ensure that it does not cause discoloration or other damage.

Moisture:

As with our skin, calfskin also tends to become brittle when dry. You should therefore occasionally use a leather balm to moisturise the leather and keep it supple. and keep it supple. Apply a thin layer of the balm and buff it in with a soft cloth.

Protection from Water:

Protect your KAGINO bag from heavy rain or direct contact with water. If it does get wet, allow your bag to air dry out of direct heat.

Storage:

Store your KAGINO bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not place any heavy objects on the leather to avoid deformation.

Regular Care:

Carry out maintenance regularly to keep the leather in top condition. Continuous care helps to maintain the beauty and durability of the KAGINO bag.
