SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to the EU and Switzerland.
We also ship to all other countries at a cost of between €18 and €38 depending on the size of the product.

Delivery time: within Europe approx. 2 to 5 working days and worldwide approx. 5 to 14 working days.

You will receive a tracking number after shipment.

RETOURS
A return due to non-conformity can be made within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging. To register the return, please contact us via concierge@kagino.com.
The costs for a return are to be borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrect delivery or faulty products.

WARRANTY
The statutory warranty period of 2 years from the order date applies.
Defects that can be traced back to possible processing or material defects are covered by the warranty. In this case, we offer a free repair or exchange.
Defects caused by signs of use such as wear and tear or damage are excluded from the warranty.
The assessment is carried out by the KAGINO team.
